Well, that's just great.
After my latest update of the @YouTube App, all videos are shown in 144p by default and I can't find a setting to change that, meaning I manually have to change it each time. #FirstWorldProblems

Not really. It's not in 144p b/c of poor quality connection. It's set to 144p specifically. As soon as I change that to Automatic, it goes to HD. But then the next clip is set specifically to 144p again.

Got it. Have you tried uninstalling the app, restarting your device and reinstalling the app? Let us know if that fixes the issue.
