@YouTubeTV Watching my recording of Chicago Med. Goes black and can't get it to load whatsoever. Any idea why this happens? Has happened before too

Using a Samsung smart TV. Seems it always happens on this TV haven't seen it happen with my other ones. Watching a diff recording from a diff night and it's working fine

Please check for updates for your Samsung TV by going to Settings > Support > Software Update, and then select Update Now. Please also remove and reinstall the YouTube TV app and let us know if that helps!

No updates needed and I restarted app. Still just a black screen when I select a show recorded tonight

Thanks for confirming the TV is updated. Can you try a different device? Have you removed and reinstalled the YouTube TV app? Do you have this problem with more than one recording? We're here to help!
