@TeamYouTube 1920p and up is broken, for some videos even no 720p. Please look at it.
I am in The Netherlands, on chrome pc and app android.

YouTube adjusts the quality of your video stream from standard definition (such as 240p or 360p) to high definition (720p or 1080p), based on the speed of your Internet connection. You can try deleting the app and reinstalling the app.

I logged in with other accounts and accounts on the same email but only on one account it does not work (no 1920p and no 720p on some). I have used ccleaner, rebooted, used chrome and firefox and app. I cant fix this.
