I signed out and back in, and watched videos still showed up. Then I cleared my cache and cookies. Then I signed in again, and here's a video still that I've already watched, that YouTube knows I watched, that's still showing up on my first look at recommended after signing inpic.twitter.com/uGlpYYcpds
Sidenote: I really wish there was a way to more clearly communicate entire classes of videos I'm not interested in having to recommend to me. eg: music videos. I don't want them recommended to me; when I'm in the mood for music, I will seek it out.
