@TeamYouTube I recently received a community strike against me which was upheld. At no point did anyone tell me what I had done wrong or why the video was taken down. How can I avoid breaking the guidelines next time if nobody will tell me what I have done wrong?
You must have received an email with more info about the strike. If you feel it was an error, please appeal directly from Creator Studio in YouTube. Also, here's more info about Community Guidelines strikes and step-by-step instructions to appeal: https://goo.gl/rjyZ3u

I received an email about the video being removed. The email contained generic information about video content restrictions etc. There was no detail about how exactly I had contravened the guidelines. I have appealed but the strike was upheld. I still don't know why.

To be clear, I just want to know exactly what I have done wrong, so I can avoid making the same mistake in the future. Otherwise, I could easily fall foul of the system again.
