The email was changed a year or so ago. The other one that was used to create the account doesn’t exist anymore. So the email would need to go to the one I listed above. Thanks!

Is there a support email I can reach out to directly? There must be some confusion over the correct email. I don’t doubt that they have sent an email but clearly it’s going to the wrong place. Could be easier if hey have an email so I could make 1st contact.
