I tried: Checked for app and hardware updates. Turning it off and on. Cleared the cache. Exit and enter the app. Reset the router. Uninstall and reinstall. It's probly just the
@amazon cube. The internet speed is not the problem. I could also try the Ethernet adapter. Thanks -
