@TeamYouTube As of last Sunday, none of my 90k subscribers are receiving notifications when I start a live stream. Please assist. Thank you.
Make sure you select 'Notify subscriber' under Advance Settings before you publish your videos. Also, do you have screenshots from your subs? Send more details our way, we'll take a look.

Even before last Sunday, I haven't had the "Notify subscriber" option checked in the Advanced Settings for my live streams. After I stream, the stream is archived and unlisted. When I make the stream public, I do not want my subscribers to be notified. (1/3)

It seems that the "Notify subscriber" option is for subscribers to be notified *after* I've held a live stream, and after I've made the live stream public. To state again, I am trying to have my subscribers be notified when I *start* a live stream. (2/3)

In the live stream settings before I start a stream, there is no option for me to check a "notify subscriber" option. Please see the attached screenshot from a subscriber. The screenshot shows the last notification the user receive about my live stream was from 5 days ago. (3/3)pic.twitter.com/YGhDQwrWc6

To clarify, people that have enabled all notifications for your channel will be automatically notified. Live streams are also visible on home, suggested video, & the channel page. Subs who aren't receiving notifications can check their settings here: https://goo.gl/HzsDMW
