@TeamYouTube I am currently experiencing issues with downloading offline videos. Every time I disconnect from the Wi-Fi the videos are no longer available. Is this a bug or is it a new policy? Thanks

Just to confirm, are you not able to download videos after switching from Wi-Fi to mobile network or you do not see the downloaded videos in your 'Library' after disconnecting from Wi-Fi? Keep us posted.

The videos remain in my library after i fully downloaded them but I am unable to watch them. So they remain in my library at 100% but "Waiting for Wi-Fi..." as seen in the picture attached. My friend has also experienced this issue and we both have Android as our OS.pic.twitter.com/P9RebvgoHG

Could you try to uninstall and reinstall the app updates to see if that makes a difference? Let us know how it goes.

Unfortunately it occurred again! May this be because of the new YouTube Go app? I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and unfortunately this was the result.pic.twitter.com/8ouyh37Vrm
