I've just had a reply to my original email where despite providing 7 or 8 user submitted screenshots of my issue, the rep told me "your videos are working as intended" and....

.. that because some of the screenshots I provided (including my own) were on mobile, I am clearly just to stupid to understand that the video MUST be in the feed but I just didn't scroll up to see it. The video IS NOT THERE. Disgusting support really.
