Hey I have a question in regards to Premium. Does the subscription automatically end if the account has inactive payment information and the transaction doesn’t go through?
-
Thanks for reaching out. Our billing system will try to charge the account for 72 hours from the day of billing date and if the transaction doesn't go through, the membership will be revoked automatically. Hope this clarifies!

YouTube I got a problem, thumbnails aren't showing neither with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, I tried clearing cache data, refreshing the page and restarting my PC, it works but only lasts for 10-15 minutes, is there anything I can do?
-
That's odd! Since how long it's been happening? Also, does this happen across devices? Let us know.
