That's odd. We're happy to help, JC! What device are you renewing your subscription through (ex. computer, Android mobile device, etc)? If using a computer, what browser are you using? We appreciate any further details!

I'm using a win 10 pc with chrome browser, though i did try firefox as well. I notice in paypal that I have like 7 or 8 charges and refunds for the subscription. It charged it, then it refunded it over and over.
