By any chance, do you have any 3rd party extensions installed? If yes, please remove the extensions and see if the issue still persists. Keep us posted.
Just to confirm, have you tried signing out and signing back in? Does it happen across devices? Also, does it show you're unsubscribed to those channels from both the channel page and Subscriptions Manager? Keep us posted!
