@YouTube @TeamYouTube Why does #YouTube recommend a video I already marked as "disliked"? I rarely dislike videos, usually only when they are extremely repugnant. Further, all recommendations should indicate whether I've watched a video and whether I've marked it as "liked".

Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried managing recommendations by marking them as Not Interested? Here's how: https://goo.gl/sNErND . Hope this helps.

Marking as "Not Interested" a recommendation of a video that I've already seen and marked as "disliked" only works if I recognize it as disliked based on image/title alone. "Disliking" once should be enough indication I don't want to see it again. I shouldn't have to remember it.

Even for videos I've marked as disliked, there is usually something in the title or thumbnail that originally attracted me to watching it. If I am presented with the same recommendation a year later, or even a week later, it's possible I'll be drawn in for the same reason.

It would be helpful if each recommendation included obviously useful information to aid deciding. "Number of views" is worthless. How about "likes vs dislikes" instead? A promised "remastered" music video might get a lot of views, but mostly dislikes if the sound is horrible.

Additional things I'd like to know about a recommendation BEFORE clicking on it: 1) How many times have I watched it already? How recently? Did I ever watch to the end? Did I like/dislike it? How old is the video? I might play the same song frequently, but not a "reaction" video.
