Just to confirm, are you getting an error message on the app? Have you tried resetting it? Here's how you can do that: Click on Settings > Reset app. Let us know if that helps.

Thanks for the swift response. I had the monkey logo on the tv app and could not go into any settings. It seems to have sorted itself out now after a few hours. Thanks for rely. Much appreciated.
