@teamyoutube I rented a movie on youtube but the screen is just black no sound. I tried refreshing, loging in/out of my account and tried different browser, wtf? Can u help me?

That's strange! Have you tried clearing the browser's cache & cookies to see if that fixes the issue? Here's how: https://goo.gl/e2dYZt . Also, try using Incognito mode to check if that helps. Keep us posted.
