@TeamYouTube we have exhausted all effects with google support and the forums but the email we receive back are just robots that aren’t helping us. Please we can’t sign into our account on a computer, but can on the app on our phones. We haven’t gotten any strikes or anything.

Yes we have tried following those steps and we receive an email that sound your account is all good but we still can’t sign in on a computer without it saying the account is disabled.
