We'd like to help. When you try to add videos to your watch later playlist, do you see an error message? For videos that are in your subs feed, do you see this happening across devices? Try signing out and signing in, let us know if this helps.
Does it show you're subscribed to those channels from both the channel page and Subscriptions Manager? Also, does it happen across devices? Keep us posted!

Thanks for the info. Could you try clearing the cache/cookies of your browser and checking it on Incognito mode? Let us know if it fixes things for you.
