Hey @TeamYouTube what's the point of having the "Thumbs Down" button in the youtube comment section if youtube doesn't even display the dislike count on a certain video comments? How come the "Thumbs Up" count is only visible?

That's odd. What device are you on? Also, have you noticed this happening across devices? If you are on a browser it should ideally highlight the likes/dislikes. Let us know so that we can look into it.

I use a Desktop computer. I also use a smart phone to access youtube sometimes too. And even then, it still doesn't show the dislike ratio for comments. As you can see, the liked ratio is displayed, but the dislike ration isn't. This has been the same for all videos on youtube.pic.twitter.com/oPjpVp6Qmc

Thanks for the info. While you are on browser try clearing your browser cache & cookies to check if that resolves the issue, here's how: https://goo.gl/HZi6cx . Also, try using Incognito mode or a different browser the see if that makes a difference. keep us posted.

I have done that before in the past for other reasons, and I've never seen any change in youtube specifically when I've cleared the "Caches and cookies". Also, what's "incognito" mode? You mean logged out vs being logged in?

Please send a feedback report directly from YouTube with these steps: https://goo.gl/WdI0BK . While every individual report may not get a direct response, we do review everything and use the details to investigate and fix issues. Thanks!
