You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
Irrespective of it's privacy settings (private/unlisted), Content ID scans all videos submitted to us by content owners against our database of files. Here's more: https://goo.gl/MEXTbr . Hope this helps clarify.
My response to these claims is to use the “unlisted” option. YouTube already know this. It seems a waste of time makaing a video private only to be asked by YouTube if it’s private or not.
since its on youtube servers, dosent that still hold them liable for the content on their servers. So to be sure im sure they still check unlisted and private videos
