Has anyone been getting errors when putting up a thumbnail on youtube? I just been getting this weird error that says Unexpected end of JSON Input? Does anyone know what this means? I am just so confused and hopefully @YouTube can fix this issue

I always been using Google Chrome and this is the first time it has been giving this error but when my friend told me to use firefox it worked. So i am just wondering if youtube isn't compatible to Google Chrome

Thanks for confirming. Try clearing the cache/cookies on your chrome browser and checking it on Incognito mode. It often fixes many such issues.

Hmm, could you try resetting the browser settings to check if that makes any difference? Let us know.

I already did that and still no luck. It’s like Google Chrome is too glitchy to do this anymore and I’ve been using Google Chrome for a long time for uploading. But I have been using Firefox which is completely fine.

Noted. To help the right team better investigate, can you send a feedback report from the device/browser having the issue: https://goo.gl/WdI0BK . You may not receive an individual response, but the details will help us identify and fix any issues.
