I have already done this. The point is the ad should have never been able to exist on YouTube, you have automated filters to take down infringing content but this somehow got through, and as an ad no less! Mess ups like this are why advertisers keep pulling from Google.
You are making an interesting point , it's sad that the system is made in the advertiser's advantage , they have the money and the power as well
