@YouTubeTV my husband @roqitz needs help. The YouTube TV app will NOT sign in on his iPhone X or his new iPhone XS Max. It asks him to log in, says it logs in then goes back to the splash screen asking if he's already member. Any ideas?
Hey Scott, is he able to log in on any other devices? Try deleting the app, and power cycling the phone. We also recommend toggling back and forth between WiFi and mobile data to see if that helps. Keep us posted!

ya we've tried all that. If we delete the app the first time he tries to log in it asked him his location, gets the security warning (just once) asking for permission to get location, then boom back to login screen and endless trying to log in again

Thanks for trying! Let's try signing out of iTunes and signing back in. Tap Settings > iTunes and App Store > tap Apple ID > then tap Sign out. Tap the Apple ID to sign back in. Let us know if that helps!
