So how do I report Server Errors to @YouTube? I essentially can't access any of my videos for editing. Keep getting a 500 Internal Server Error and tons of text. Anyone else?

We would like to know more. Could you try clearing the cache and cookies and see if that helps? If you need a how-to, this guide is helpful: https://goo.gl/xucIvG . Also, check if this happens on different browsers or in Incognito mode? Keep us posted.

Only tried it on Incognito mode. Did clear cookies. Did clear history. Restarted browser several times. Did not try on multiple browsers unfortunately. Only time seemed to fix it. (As a Diagnostics Engineer, I know how frustrating that answer is. I'm sorry.
