@TeamYouTube It really sucks when I'm describing parts of your app so I can get some help, and your customer service says "Huh, I didn't know you could do that."
That's strange. Have you tried restarting your device? Also try checking for any app updates or reinstalling the app. Let us know if that helps.

Everything has been completely reset (did a factory reset on both the chromecast and my phone, I've also moved and changed internet providers, no change).
