I'm not sure if it happens across devices because I mainly use Desktop. But if going to the homepage then going back can fix it, I'm sure logging in and out will work.

Happens to me on desktop. I refresh and it usually goes back to normal. I also notice when this happens, my home page only has 4-5 rows of videos and I can’t scroll down past them. I noticed this a month ago.

This happens to me as well maybe 1-3 times a day I’ve deleted cookies many times with no help
We'd like to help. Is this happening across devices and in Incognito mode? Also, try signing out and signing back in to see if that resolves the issue? Keep us posted.
