And I check on my Windows Desktop and the video is just stuck in loading (black screen). If I scroll through the video, I can still see what’s in it, but it just isn’t playing

Hmm, video processing shouldn't take longer than a few hours at most (and may be longer for higher res formats). How long has yours been showing that it's still processing? Here's a few tips for videos stuck in upload too: https://goo.gl/gH99rS
