@TeamYouTube I haven’t gotten a single notification using your mobile app since July 13th. So what’s up with that? No wonder so many content creators are frustrated rn. @JeffreeStar @JesseCox @shanedawson @RosannaPansino @GlamandGore @RageGamingVideo just to name a few. Wtf?
We'd like to look into this. Is this happening for desktop, mobile or email notifications (or all of the above)? Also, is this happening with all notifications or just certain types? Appreciate the additional info!

I just use the mobile app. This is my current notifications page after several attempts to refresh and I’ve watched newer videos from people I am subscribed to.pic.twitter.com/HF9Y0c2j7u

Thanks for the info. Have you checked your device level settings? This typically fixes iOS issues. From iOS Settings app > Tap Notifications > YouTube. Make sure "Allow notifications" is turned on. Let us know if it's already on and we'll keep troubleshooting.
