Why is it even a possibility for this to happen? There needs to be benefit of the doubt in favor of the creator so this scenario can’t just be recreated by some scum bag whenever they feel like it.

This sort of thing shouldn't happen in the first place. It's your broken system that is enabling this to happen.
The person that 8lackmailed Oh Long Johnson was just a8using the system for money.
This YouTuber has worked really hard to get to 1mil and now after he gives credit to all the clips and works hard to make great videos this guy comes and claims clips that are not owned by anyone but the Streamer/YouTuber themselves.... Smh
