Ehhh I really don't like this. I see how it could be convenient, but most people have multiple playlists and it's gonna be annoying having to uncheck it from favorites if people don't want a video in there.

If you long press on the Save icon, it will pull up the menu of playlist options without adding to your most recent playlist or watch later playlist. Give it a try and let us know if that helps!

Oh wonderful! Now when are we gonna get the dark mode on Android....?

-
Following up on your request! Dark theme is now available to everyone on Android. Just update or restart your app to get the feature if you don’t see it yet.

I think a mix of the new/old would work better, similar to the desktop version. Click the playlist button, and there's a checklist of all your playlists. None of that double tapping and automatic adding nonsense.
-
If you long press on the Save icon (vs the light/quick tap) it will bring up the checklist of all your playlists right away! There are a few different tapping options available, so thanks for the feedback

It's not a single tap then is it
-
You're totally right there's a few different tapping options! It's a single tap to add to your most recent or watch later playlist. One thing we should have mentioned is you can also long press/tap and pull up the checklist of your playlists right away!
