You can try these steps: Settings > Watch on TV > Delete device. Let us know if this works.
Hmm, simply resetting your password will do the trick. It'll log you out of all the devices that you're currently logged into. Moving forward, if you're using a shared computer/device, consider signing out of any Google services when not in use.
