I have so many issues with @TeamYouTube its not even funny.

This is goinf to sound insane and maybe this is something y'all are working on, but my issue is that I feel as though only popular youtubers content ks being pushed to the public eye, meanwhile smaller channels that work hard to produce content dont really see growth.

And this js a genuine concern to me because some of my best friends who are youtubers are trying to make it. And it seems almost unachievable because of more "popular" channels.

For example. I have been uploading videos that are funny, different, and unique for the past 4 years almost and havent seen much progress. While other youtubers who had uploaded maybe 30 videos managed to get more the 500 thousand subs within months, why is that???

Because as someone who takes time to plan, record, and edit my videos it becomes discouraging when I have been uploading for years and other people have been uploading for 3 months and mange to have over half a million subs. It just doesnt make sense to me.
