I have *67* videos in a copyright dispute right now. ALL of them fall under fair use & do not require approval. Can we all clap hands for @TeamYouTube giving 100% power to the claimant, allowing them to creating complete bullshit claims and abuse the system? With bots, I add.
Keep in mind that revenue earned by your videos is held separately until the end of the dispute process. Also, if you want to learn more about how your video was claimed, here's a good video:http://youtu.be/9g2U12SsRns

I'm fully aware of how the system works but you're allowing companies to abuse the system, through giving the ability to claim videos that fall under fair use & also reject disputes & now we're left worrying about disputing again and then receiving a strike. Fix your system?!

We look into misuse of our copyright tools, up to terminating abusive users. Keep in mind that fair use laws vary around the world–some are much more restrictive than in the U.S. and even in the U.S., fair use often depends on context that a filter can’t assess.
