@TeamYouTube found a rather annoying bug on the Android app.
Edit a video.
Click add to playlist.
Select a playlist.
Hit the back arrow.
The save button is now a notifications button.
Click the notifications button.
Hit the back button.
Now the save button is in the top right.

Google Pixel 2. It's the only phone that I have that runs the app.

Try these steps uninstall the app from the play store. The device will request you to update it, restart your device and sign in to app. Keep us posted if it resolves your issue.

Uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled. Still have the same issue. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like. Notice how the top right shows (4) instead of save. If I click that and go back it then changes to a save button.pic.twitter.com/eVRuDIYwnS
