Hey, @TeamYouTube is there a reason why it says viewing restrictions will be suspended when you dispute a copyright claim, but then the video is still blocked worldwide? I’ve waited 4 hours with no change.
Copyright owner can decide if and how they want their music to be used on YouTube, so their copyright policy will affect whether and how your video is made available/monetize until it is disputed successfully. Explained in detail here: https://goo.gl/7rA2GJ .

This doesn’t address my question. I disputed the claim, and it says that the restriction should be suspended until the claim is verified, but my video is still blocked.
