Not sure why yesterday’s upload is only available at 360p Resolution nor do I know how to fix it easily on @YouTube @TeamYouTube guess I’ll have to try re-uploading the video at some point later see if that gets rendered properly by #YouTube as the source video is 1080p60FPS

The availability of HD may take a bit longer than other resolutions. We are working to improve this. If you prefer to wait for availability of HD, you can upload your video as unlisted and make it public once that resolution is available.

I uploaded the video fairly early in the day and usually an hour or two after all resolution options are available. This is the first time I’ve seen it where 24 hours after an upload the video still only has 360p as an available option.

It might help to check the recommended video bitrates and other encoding settings to fix the issue. Details here: https://goo.gl/xxW1VD . Keep us posted.

My videos are rendered in more then the recommended bitrates so not a problem and never had a problem on my previous 748 videos I’ve uploaded. I notice for some reason I can’t upload the video again to see if it was a glitch on YouTube’s end as now getting a Duplicate Video error

If you see the "Upload failed: Duplicate upload" error message next to one of your videos, this means that the video you've uploaded already exists within our system. More details: https://goo.gl/2JcjZU . Hope this helps!
