Maybe socialist sanders should ask a Canadian why they come to America for surgery!

People will usually go to whoever they think is the best doctor, for whatever particular surgery or treatment they need. There are many types of illnesses, so the specialists are in different places. Many US patients go to Canada for surgery as well.
