  7. Here are some lunar surface pictures taken by China's Chang'e 4 Moon lander.🇨🇳🌖 It completed a soft landing on the dark side of the Moon's southern pole a year ago. Since then it has supplied Earth with lots of data, from high resolution images to radiation measurements.📷📡

  9. 50 years ago Apollo 12 returned to Earth. It was the second spacecraft to carry people to the Moon's surface and back. A major technological step forward, it also grew space enthusiasm by continuing the Apollo effect that its predecessor had started.

  12. Alexei Leonov, the man who completed the first-ever spacewalk, passed away this month. He was a pioneer and an inspiration to all that came after him. Above all else, we should remember Leonov's courage. Not enough people know this, but he almost died during his spacewalk.

  13. Tomorrow 's (who has Israeli origins!) and will complete the first-ever all-female spacewalk! It will last around 6.5 hours and will involve replacing a faulty battery charge-discharge unit on the International . Good luck!

  17. Today a 3-person crew, including Jessica Meir, who has Israeli roots, is heading to the ISS! She will be the 4th Jewish woman to ever go to space.🇮🇱🇺🇸 She is joined by Hazzaa Al Mansoori, the first-ever astronaut from the UAE 🇦🇪 and Oleg Skripochka from Russia.🇷🇺 Bon voyage!

  18. Did you notice the Moon's yellowish tint this weekend? You saw what is known as the . It is called this because the Moon rises earlier than usual. It reflects more light from the Sun, which helped farmers work until late during the harvest.
