We are calling on the MN Board of Parsons to take this action.
In Minnesota, pardons are not granted by the governor, but rather by a Board of Pardons that's made up by the Governor, Attorney General, and MN Supreme Court Chief Justice.

One of our priorities is ensuring legislation that does not allow local governments to 'opt-out' of legalization. As we transition to an adult market, it's important to transition consumers there, or we will have continued consumer safety problems with a thriving illicit market.
