We have laws against this already. That's why it's already against the law to kill, murder, etc. Gov. Abbott is not leading the way. He is merely trying to score a few points.

Blaablaablaa. A lot of smoke and no fire. Why? 1) It's hard to score points with Trump at the helm.
2) Trying to look tough but knowing that we already have laws that punish lawlessness.
3) Gets us to talk about something other than the 4000 new cases of Covid every day in Texas.
