So when tf are @YouTube going to fix the fact that your playlist thumbnail has to be from one of the first 10 videos in the playlist otherwise it just... doesn't show up...

Present across all devices. It's a known bug that's existed since 2014. In a playlist, if you set the thumbnail as any from videos 1 to 10 in that list, it works. Setting it as the thumb from the 11th video in the list onwards defaults to showing the thumb for the 1st vid instead

To note, this is not a cache issue as I run my channel from firefox & I'm using Chrome to make this example video. It's also present if I open up Edge/IE & view my playlist when not logged in, refreshing shows default thumbnails selected in playlists where the chosen thumb is 11+
