Painful to hear. How can we sit idly by as millions of girls are denied their human rights.

Yale researchers asked teachers to look at a video of pre schoolers and click when they saw misbehavior.
There was no misbehavior. It was actually an eye tracking study to see who they watched most.
White and Black teachers spent SIGNIFICANTLY more time watching the Black boy

I would love to see a panel of teachers and students share their thoughts and experiences over the last two years instead of people who get paid to have opinions. Don’t just talk about teachers, please interview them.

Yes, the boat hit the iceberg, but putting the children in lifeboats is the most destructive thing imaginable to their psyche. It's time for us to stop all this evacuation talk and just complete the voyage.

Teachers are AMAZING PEOPLE! But this year, they went miles, so many miles beyond.
HAPPY TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK! (could we ever repay your debt?)

A colleague shared a video of a teacher putting stickers on her face every time a new student participated. I tried out the idea, and my classes were determined to get as many stickers on my face in an hour! Needless to say, I looked crazy by the end of it! 🤪 #whateverittakes

Alright, @zoom_us here is what I need as a teacher. I need to be able to observe all the breakout rooms at once and then click on one to listen in. I am imagining a screen that almost looks like a seating chart. Can you do this for me?
(Can I get some retweets or zoom mentions?)
