If you're asking about the second photo it's the control panel for the original arcade game "Monkey Ball" released in 2001. Easily the most expensive item in my collection.

It's a Japan exclusive music CD released in 2001 after the first game. It contains 5 tracks (two of which are instrumentals) which can only be found on the CD. This was really difficult to get a hold of living in the UK.
