It's a Japan exclusive music CD released in 2001 after the first game. It contains 5 tracks (two of which are instrumentals) which can only be found on the CD. This was really difficult to get a hold of living in the UK.
I have one of those AiAi stuffed animals from E3 long past. I had the tags on it for years but now it's one of the kiddo's favorite toys.
