Mind you, Microsoft plans to to cut its share of revenue for PC games to 12 percent in August. But I'm curious to know if the streaming rights clause would be apart of it. This would allow MSFT to retain streaming rights for games (e.g. xCloud) in exchange for improved rev cut

Based on the info presentedlike the streaming clause, it appears Microsoft is really focused on building out its services like xCloud and Game Pass, which I think is a smart move.
