Let's say, hypothetically, someone who blogs for a living foolishly broke one of their arms. What dictation software would you recommend to them? Mainly looking for iOS, macOS, or Windows recommendations, but if you know of a really great Android app lmk!

Surprisingly, I found that stretching afterwards is way more important! Of course that still relies on you remembering to do it

The former athlete in me (usually) stretches before and after a workout. But I also drink a glass of chocolate milk after exercise too, which I like to think helps with the recovery.
