I think if it came out several years earlier (to actually catch HL3 mania) or several years later (wider VR adoption) it'd be on the list.
I feel some people saying it being a VR only game is unfair and downplays the value of VR. But I can concur it being a PC VR game was limiting. I would have loved to see a PSVR port of the game even if it was released later in the year.
