I want to thank @tomwarren for suggesting I share my chaotic behaviors for content purposes and @StarFire2258 who assigned me to keep track of the RTX 3070 preorders today.
Still bitter I did not get the card...but it's ok. I'll live.
Yup I had a very similar experience. Was banking on @BestBuy and had the 3070 FE in my cart but it would not ship to me or let me do store pickup, so it was just a distraction and disappointment
I hear ya. I had one in the cart, clicked "payment" and it went "poof"

I too share your fate, no luck in scoring a card. I am figuring it will be March / April when things are back to normal.
