I really hope this generation Microsoft refocuses on building a strong line of first-party exclusives to it's system. Because it cannot continue to rely on just Halo, Gears, and Forza, which are three IPs I continuously think of immediately when I hear ”Xbox.”

Also, more diversity in terms of game genres would be nice to see with Xbox next-gen because I just don't think there was a ton of Xbox exclusive that varied across different genres.

While I mean this personally, I think Xbox Anywhere was kind of a detriment for Xbox consoles. It's a great thing that their first-party lineup is available for PC, but it was also the moment many people's Xbox became dead weight. cont.

A reason I kept it for so long after that was because of lack of cross-play, so I had various games on all three platforms to play with different friends but with cross-play becoming prominent moving forward, one system will do the job as far as (MP) multiplats goes. cont.
