You know what's not ok? Being a content creator and making viewers fee bad because they don't support you the way you want them to. Be thankful someone took time to look at your content, especially when you consider how big the internet is.

That video clip legit annoyed me. The entitlement was over 9000.
It reminded me of this one time some Twitch streamer was on stream, and I think she was drunk, but it doesn't excuse her behavior, but someone in the chat asked her to donate to a cancer fundraiser they were holding, and she was disrespectful about it.
