I remember spending countless hours playing Halo 2’s single-player master each stage and being so allowed by the lore and art direction. It was my gateway drug to online gaming and I was at a lost for words at how much fun I had.

I have friendships that endure to this day that began in that game. Hell, my friend was a groomsmen in another one of our friend’s wedding and they met playing Halo 2.
